Just to be clear, the rumor is there will be an opportunity to go to immigration and pay for extension. Amnesty is not expected to be extended.

So the way I read this Americans are not included. We only receive 30 day visas and our Embassy won't provide letter.

 TM30 would be for me as a paying tenant. I am referring to a day time guest at the place I rent. Although an overnight guest is another question.
