Ivan Glossop Many institutions require tax residency certificate so might be problem not to hold any.

I havent paid income taxes until I was 40 but recently more and more institutions ask for it so I decided to do it in Thailand.

Tax revenue office but they often ask to declare tax for previous year.

If you are not going to pay tax for 2025 go in jan-march 2027 and say you want to pay tax for 2026 and they will give you tax id.
