 maybe they lied took your money and did not even apply. They should be able to provide email evidence of application and also rejection

 Maybe you have history of staying in Thailand they dont like but normally they dont communicate with immigration so I tend to think your agents stuffed up and did not submit correct paperwork

 problem with non o is some banks have been saying no to opening accounts lately. Stupid visa requirements money in thai bank but hard to open one

 i simply showed my visa. My phone number. My residence and walked out in about 1 hour including wait time. They asked if I work in said no its a retirement visa.
