big advantage of the OX visa is you can leave your money in Australia bank not in a thai bank where you can not touch it and it earns you nothing.

we have property near Mukdahan but wife is PA to a business man in Bangkok so I bought a 2 bedroom apartment in Srinakarin oposite Seacon Square shopping centre
