Yes I got mine may last year and I just used letter of employment and 3 months payslips. I did not supply any bank account details Thailand or Australia

I did fast track once paid for quick immigration but still wait for 45 minutes for my luggage so it was not really worth the fast track. If no luggage yes fast track good idea.

Taxi from ground floor. Immigration will do the stamp not an agent. You can pay for fast track through immigration but like everyone else you still want for your luggage

The accommodation place should lodge the TM30 within 24 hours of your arrival with immigration its their duty to do it not yours

Maybe register with immigration and do it online it takes a few minutes. I do it every month online its very easy

Do I have to use blue ink or can I use black ink for extending my 60-day visa in Thailand?

If you download the TM7 form it may not be accepted at immigration office you go to, I download it and Bangkok would not accept the downloaded form I had to redo their form, luckly they let me sit in front of them and they waited while I did their form. Silly hey but that's Thailand for ya
