No visa run. Just go get a education visa or a special covid 60 if your already inside the country

Just ask your thai embassy for a 60 day tourists visa. They will issue it for some countries

so am I. Some people without them were told to come back later I think, but not quite sure. It's worth the 30 seconds of effort to get an appointment in advance

The tricky part is they either need to extend with whataver corrupt charity they put you on, or somehow get you listed with a new organization. That requires a level of knowledge of tea money and its rules, that only an agent is gonna be able to fix. Just make sure yours doesn't list you as a Chinese interpreter if you can't speak Chinese.....
