I think you are going to have a real problem getting anything done about it in Thailand. You may well end up just throwing your money away on a lawyer. You would be better off seeing if you were covered by insurance and getting medical records.
totally agree with you. I wouldn't go anywhere without insurance. It irritates me when people come to the UK expecting free treatment because we get it.
yeah they are normally great, but they changed my connecting return flight at Changi to London, it was leaving before I'd even got on the plane at Phuket. Had no option but to cancel
I've had my flights with Singapore Airlines changed, got a refund, went with Qatar, they changed so have now gone with Emirates and hoping for the best. Flight from Gatwick.
