ok. The DeeMoney app doesn’t work for me past the login. The app still has an old notice from 2024. No bank options are available on the Home Screen pull down. Searching for recipients doesn’t return any results (or an explanation why). I checked the app version. My DeeMoney app is the latest. 🤔I tried without VPN (and with). Same results. 🤷‍♂️

I guess I’ll use Remitly. Thanks!

🤔 I’m going to retry using it with a small amount / see how it goes. (I’ve never used it, but I set up the account last year. 🤷‍♂️)

My chihuahua / terrier mix passed this year (sadly), but before that I was looking into bringing him to Thailand. Ask your vet. Mine knew exactly what to do / what was needed.

to be clear — after that first night in a hotel I’m going to the home my wife and I have in Issan - and at day 59 I may want to go to immigration and buy another 30 days. If my wife / I haven’t filed a newer TM30 at the house (me having been there 58 days by that time) — is that a problem? …or will they just be ok with the TM30 the hotel filed on that first night (likely in BKK)? …that’s where I was going…

what about the +30 days extension on a 60-day tourist visa? Same? (…1 night / 1st night in a hotel is enough to count to get the renewal at immigration?) [in Udon Thani, BTW]

I got a prenuptial drawn up (expensive to do) — and she wasn’t having it. I married her anyway, but I did already have the usufruct, though, so that gave me some comfort. In the end I agree with only keeping money you need for your visa renewal and living expenses in your Thai bank account / transfer each month from outside Thailand as needed via Wise. …and just keep loving her / working to be happy together in the marriage — hope for the best. 🤷‍♂️
