I've heard there are plenty that do that, but for the few who get caught, it's got to be pure Hell, being detained, locked up in a cell, then deported, leaving behind everything that made up your Thai life 😩

Many knowledgeable people in this group, (I'm not one of them) but it's a Friday and not always the best day for an answer, as many go traveling, are socializing, etc today. Check for answers here tomorrow 🙏

FWIW, You're part of a "snarky", but helpful, group. Why not embrace it wholly, instead of adding your own "snarky" remarks? Maybe invest in a bit of SAM or Teflon. You don't know the snarkers, and they don't know you, so no need to feel it's a personal attack on your good and joyful soul. Fly above it and scroll past the remarks that you find offensive. Everyone will understand...
