understood. 400,000 baht in a Thai bank for two months prior to applying for year extension. Leave at least half in for 3 additional months

IATA release as compared to official release from Thai government. First said transit passengers less than 12 hours ere not subject to needing health certificate , lab test etc. release from IATA gave the transit exception to flight crew only
