Please advise:

The health certificate being requested before entering Thailand..

(a) Is it only applicable to the nationalities mentioned

(b) Is this a standard health document that can be obtained by a doctor or an actual covid test

Please excuse if this question has been posted but I can't seem to find the thread

TLDR : Answer Summary
The discussion centers around the health certificate required for entering Thailand due to COVID-19. It addresses whether the requirement applies to all nationalities or only specified ones, clarifying that the health certificate must be obtained through a doctor or involve a COVID-19 test. There is confusion regarding the applicability of the law, with many community members sharing experiences and examples of different scenarios related to their nationalities and travel plans.

I was at the Don Muang airport today. They told me there's no health certificate required when coming to Bangkok. The lady said they maybe will ask about it if you come from risk zone country but for the moment no official requirement at the airport

Flying tomorrow does not make any sense. Get organised and relax, you can not apply for the Visa until Monday, so even if you fly on Sunday you still have time enough to find a hotel.

If you have a valid Non-O visa or an extension of stay, you should be able to re-enter, right?

So this form can't be done in whatever country you went to to get your Thai visa, for example Laos? It must the done in Thailand? That's weird to me.

When you say a standard health document, is that just a letter from the doctor declaring your current health condition? I am arriving tomorrow from the UK, my doctor is unclear what exactly I need. It's not possible to get a covid19 test in the UK if you are not currently at risk or unwell.

outlooks like you need a covid19 test before you fly and a declaration from your doctor your in good health, the post I read said it should be presented to the Tgai embassy in the uk (if your from the uk) suspect in reality it will take a week for immigration to get their act together. You should download the AOT app which requires the info of where you will stay
