Do I need to address the entry stamp discrepancy for my Non Imm O visa in Thailand?

The expiration date of November 17 is when that visa had to be used by, you had to enter by that date. Then you get stamped which tells you when your entry expires. Those dates will always be different, it's the stamp expiry that matters not the visa expiry.

Keep in mind you can get a 60 day visit thai family extension once per entry so you're gonna hafta look to meeting the financial requirements for the year long extension when that runs out.

There is no discrepancy :O You are confusing two things;

the single entry VISA sticker (which is valid for 90 days and means you have that long to ENTER thailand)

and

the entry stamp which you get from the visa which lets you stay IN thailand for 90 days (actually 89 days from the date you arrive).

SO when you showed up you got stamped in until the 30th Nov which is correct and if you look at your visa it should be stamped USED on it.

You use the visa to ask to get in to the country, it's the entry stamp you get FROM the visa that lets you stay here

So you have until the 30th of Nov to apply for a 60 day visit thai family extension.
