I’m going to be transiting through South Korea for 4.5 hours on 4/7/20. Has anyone had experience transiting through South Korea to Bangkok in the past couple of days? Original document sent out said transit passengers ( less than 12 hours) did not require the health certificate or mandatory quarantine. Subsequent publications from IATA stated that this exemption only applied to flight crew

Anyone transited through Incheon in the past two days?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquired about the requirements for transit passengers traveling through South Korea to Bangkok, particularly concerning health certificates and quarantine due to recent updates which seemed to limit exemptions to flight crew. Comments highlighted uncertainty regarding the relation of the question to Thai visa advice, advising the user to consult IATA regulations and their airline for accurate information.

And as this is more like how is the procedure on the airports in South Korea, i close the commenting. Sorry but this page is still for Thai visa advice

I think you and I need to leave USA asap before Thailand impose travel ban very soon. Rate of increase here on a par with Italy's.

I don't know how your question is related to Thai Visa Advice... Check the IATA documents Tod post above and best is asking your Air carrier, not here.

How airport staffs and officers treated people from one airport yesterday could be totally different from how they treat you today at same airport from same other airport under this circumstance...

NOt to be glib in this time of uncertainty, BUT how is this is a thai visa question exactly? You're asking IF you can transit thru another country that has nothing at all to do with thailand. Read the IATA notice about what is required and where. That's about all we have to go on that is semi accurate

not asking if Incan transit through the country. Asking how others have been treated at Thailand immigration after having transited through South Korea. Conflict in different releases on how transit passengers are treated

IATA release as compared to official release from Thai government. First said transit passengers less than 12 hours ere not subject to needing health certificate , lab test etc. release from IATA gave the transit exception to flight crew only

Airlines are saying don’t bug them unless your flying in 72 hours. Estimated call line wait 4 hours.
