I applied in Hanoi 3 weeks ago, I submitted 6 months statements even though the required amount only shows on the last 3 months..per advice of the law firm helping us. All communication was done online..though,

mine went from "pending approval" to APPROVED in 5 working days..

 just the usual, for the medical part, medical records for the last 6 months & a certification from the doctor that my husband needs to be seen for the next 12 months, with future appointments booked already..DM me for any more information you need.
