I wonder if it could be that your company is not easily verifiable enough, i.e., is it listed, well-known, has a website, etc.- perhaps asking for the company certificate? My company is listed, so I did not need to provide this. But they clearly want better proof of your income. To HCM, I provided payslips and separately a savings account statement showing my last 6 months. They still asked for bank statements highlighting the salary entering my account. In response, I highlighted this in a PDF. I also provided a screenshot of both accounts, plus a cover letter listing and explaining each document.
