My SCB app was blocked a month ago.

Bangkok Bank acct won't allow transfers, but will accept transfers. This is within the past two weeks. I found out about the BKK acct as I arrived in Thailand yesterday, trying to withdraw funds at a DMK ATM.

That is a very legitimate question. I have come to find out that at least the agent I went through have a deal with my bank.

I also found that most agents prefer Bangkok Bank, and I believe it is for that reason

Have you tried Siam Paragon or CentralWorld; tourist heavy malls? Kasikorn is your best bet.

Acquaintance was successful last month. Home country Drivers license, Passport, lease from condo (that seems to be the key document). A couple dozen banks, and was successful on his first visit to CentralWorld Kasikorn branch.

Also where I was able to open my account on a tourist visa a year ago.
