good for you, but I’m sure you know that the beaches in Chonburi (Pattaya) were closed last week. I got fully vaccinated before I returned to Thailand.

Pattaya (and the rest of Thailand) had a record number of cases today. Curfew from 9pm to 4am, the majority of businesses are closed, so are the beaches and nobody has an idea if and when vaccinations start. So, best to take anything you hear with a grain of salt (better perhaps with a bucket of the stuff).
Best to check the website of your closest Thai embassy/consulate. There you’ll find all the info you are looking for and links to complete the necessary paperwork.
