You need resident certs to get a drivers license or buy a vehicle. U thick they issue them for 500 Baht

The British Council use to sign income afidavids. Go to immigration where you live and ask them for advise. You might be able to show where your income goes into your bank account. Many offices are asking for proof of income in addition to the embassy income afidavid
