I have always put the issue date and valid until date of my original Non O visa based on marriage to a Thai which expired over 5 years ago in those boxes it says travel document number

The passport information is asked for to the upper right of that

If you are applying for an extension on a visa exempt I guess there is no document number

I use the Bangkok Bank around the corner from the immigration office and they open at 8:30am and it usually takes about 20 minutes

I use Prachinburi immigration for my one year extension of stay based on marriage to a Thai National

I have done this four years in a row now and they always want the bank letter on the SAME day I apply as well as the bank book updated the same day

if you entered on December 28 on 90 day visa you only have a little over 1 months left on your admitted until stamp (approx March 24)

I wonder if the system is down country wide

Went to the immigration office in Prachinburi today to do a 90 day report and the receipt they gave me for my next report was hand written instead of the usual computer generated one

Don’t forget you need everything in duplicate and make sure one of the photos has the address

Had a friend pick his up yesterday at Jomtien and when he turned in the paperwork the day before they had him sign some forms and handed him a copy and he said there was some red writing in the left hand column that said he needed to bring in his bank book updated the same day when he does his first 90 day report

The IO said nothing he noticed it when he read it later

Went to Prachinburi immigration last week for a re entry permit and they told me when I get back to Thailand I have 24 hours to file a TM 30 AND a TM 28

The IO said the TM 30 is for the home owner (my wife) and the TM 28 is for the foreigner

Your OA visa WAS multiple entry while it was valid
