That's for tourists but hopefully because I'm married to a Thai national I might get my daughter the same visa as myself. Well that's what I'm hoping for but I know someone will be along to correctly advise me here.

when I return to Thailand using my Non O visa do I have to wait for say 60 days to apply for the extension so on my 90th day my Non O visa would lapse and extension start OR can I apply the day I arrive back?

thanks for the advice. One last question are you aware of the earliest I could apply for my next Visa. This one ends 8th January and unfortunately I'm 37ft in the sky heading back to UK and don't get back to Thailand until December due to work commitments

I fly back and forward Tod and probably only stay for around the 90 days due to business back home to take care of so the option for me would be the 40k a month but I'm from the UK and they are stopping the letters are they.

My visa expires in January but with the news of the UK embassy changing iding know if savannakhet will still be the same and no need proof of income
