I doubt anyone has done the amount of "visa jumping" you seem to be doing, but I guess it is possible to get another one after you cancel the Non-B. Since you are coming off of a Non-B, after having a DTV before that, you may have to explain your new situation and make it clear you will not be working for a Thai company or have Thai clients with whatever you are doing.
