I seem to remember a retired military member saying Tricare for Life could be used to satisfy the insurance requirement. If someone can confirm this I would appreciate a DM from them.
everytime I have applied for the Non OA the application requires you select either single or multiple entry. Same price. $200. So it is possible for this type of visa to be single entry. Not sure why anyone would select that option.
I was going to go that route but since I have the bank balance required and I can enter on a 45 day Tourist I decided to just do it in country. I also think I don’t need the long stay insurance if I do it in country?
