c tự nộp em ạ, phí 340$, qua trung gian phải x2 ý.

Giấy này em chỉ cần lên dịch vụ công làm 2-3 ngày là có thôi mà.

Ko thì em gọi điện lên đsq hỏi, họ cũng khá nhiệt tình giải đáp ý.
