true. However all the remains the same. Coups and an opaque legal system mean any money you put into anything you must be prepared to walk away from.

true but in the end, if they are not Thai citizens and any of the above happens or they try to get anywhere in the Thai court system against a Thai or Thai company they need to have boatloads of cash and a lot of high placed friends
