, it doesn't matter i think. Money are in your name anyhow, if you move in depisit account, ti be safe, do it 3 months or more before visa expiration. Better anyhow, to go emigraton and ask, to be safe.

So you don't need any pension or marriage cettificate. It called " retirement visa, but you should be at least 50 years old.

I advice you, easier, to put 800k baht in bank, waiting 3 month , then you can have 1 year visa.

You can get now 45 days , initially. Then ask emigration the procedure to do family visa. You require , if am not wrong, 60k baht pension a month, or 400k baht in bank and your marriage certificate. You just fly and go udon. The emigration its after the 2nd rondabout, they speak english fluently. Good luck

Go to lawyer, make a will. But listen , even do , have to go to the court after her man passes away, to let her to take over properties or money that her farangs hubby posses in thailand. Needs to have a WILL , otherwise she will not get anything.
