You must have money in bank, 3 months least , before visa issue, and 3 months before renuewing it. Money in bank, its must before applying

 , it doesn't matter i think. Money are in your name anyhow, if you move in depisit account, ti be safe, do it 3 months or more before visa expiration. Better anyhow, to go emigraton and ask, to be safe.

So you don't need any pension or marriage cettificate. It called " retirement visa, but you should be at least 50 years old.

I advice you, easier, to put 800k baht in bank, waiting 3 month , then you can have 1 year visa.
