as l said if the landlord doesn’t do TM30 it’s his problem, you just show proof of rent payments and he will be fined

it is not your responsibility to report TM30 if you stay in accommodation with landlord, he will be fined for not filing on your behalf. If they refuse report then at immigration

Sorry you only need to do tm30 if living in Thai home, all hotels are required to do on your behalf. Tm30 is proof of residence

Immigration will take your photo and give you shares photos extension 1900 plus 250 for photos and if you need tm30 it’s 300 baht extra

Are there currency exchange options available at BKK airport after 11 PM?

As someone said grab, if you don’t know down load the grab app and link to your spend account ( grab its like Uber but better) use for lots of things from car rides and rental to food delivery and can’t charge you tourist rates as is pre booked and paid before service is provided.
