Why is it you need to bring your e-visa with you when you fly in? And why is it people are being given tourist exceptions when they have phyiscal stickers in their passport and immigration officer doesn't see it?

Had a client fly in the other day no problems, haven't seen any verified reports of anyone at any airport being refused.

Workcation is best but Softpower is cheaper and less documents required.

You don't have to be a permeant residence, tourist on legal visa is enough to qualify as legal resident.... It;s online and they will ask for proof of current location in some cases like a selfie with a newspaper, at very least you should apply on Vietnam Wi-Fi.
