One more related question : Does one need to make an online reservation / virtual queue number / anything at this time before heading to Immigration at Chaeng Watthana? Do I still need to get there by 2 AM to make sure my request gets processed? ;)

Our permanent address is in Bangkok, my wife has a condo there. We're in a rental in Chonburi for a few months. This is why we are going to Chaeng Watthana. Thanks for the warning though :)

Yeah, we won't use that option. We called the Chonburi office, and they told me we can't since we haven't stayed in Chonburi long enough. Even if she's wrong, we prefer to go to Bangkok Immigration, as we'll move back to BKK in a few months.

Well, the thing is, I'm in Chonburi at the moment. I have to travel a few days to Bangkok to get everything ready. I'd like to avoid a trip to Chaeng Watthana only to obtain that list, hence my post here 🙂

I'm also just recovering from a major surgery, and I have low mobility. so if I can avoid any trip as I can't sit at all at the moment, I would be much grateful! Haha!
