As far as I figured out... You can only change foreign cash and put that on your account and use the scan function... There's (till now) not a possibility to transfer funds into this account
If not possible to get the TM30 from your landlord (yess something is off then) better do a border run after 180days , no questions asked then when you come back in... They do have to file a TM30 within the 24hours when you get back in Thailand though! You should press on the landlords obligation to do it anyways!
