3 times flying in and out with DTV (soft power) and no questions asked at all upon entering again in Bangkok and Phuket

Can DTV holders in Thailand use the Tag Thai app effectively for cashless payments?

As far as I figured out... You can only change foreign cash and put that on your account and use the scan function... There's (till now) not a possibility to transfer funds into this account

Can I do a 90-day report in Thailand without a TM30?

If not possible to get the TM30 from your landlord (yess something is off then) better do a border run after 180days , no questions asked then when you come back in... They do have to file a TM30 within the 24hours when you get back in Thailand though! You should press on the landlords obligation to do it anyways!
