Get re entry permit on your current visa while, departure at immigration counter at airport. Ask office that you need re entry permit, they will show the way to it. Before this 1000 Baht for single entry, now not sure. Payment in cash only for that. Second good option to get visa on arrival while coming back from Singapore.

Save yourself first..go to local immigration first. Pay 500 per day fine, max
*****
. After get 7 days paying extra fee as 1900. Later think anything else. If you caught overstaying, you will be fined heavily with deportation and may be blacklisted. Or got to airport pay as same 500 per day fine, max
Dont overstay and dont think to pay fine as 500 per day. If you caught overstating, you will be heavily fined and deported. On the last day of your voa, go to immigration office at Chaeng Watthana. Pay there 1900 Baht and get 7 days extension. Check required document etc. to get 7 days on immigration website. And you can book your ticket beyond voa, but not more than 15+7 days. It may they ask you why you book your return ticket beyond voa validity. Then you can answer that you will extend for 7 days later.
yes sir, was confused as Notray layer told me to do it first at district office and I was unsure so I asked again :). Now got it that just consent letter notarize. Thanks
