Does an employment contract for a DTV visa need to specify 'remote' work, or is 'home based' acceptable?

Anonymous participant 909 not true. i did not have to do that. it is probably good idea to have it but for sure i did not have anywhere in my application about remote work or permissions to work from Thailand.(LA consulate)

I did not specify in my contract that I am allowed to work remotely. It was just an official letter from my company stating that I am a full-time employee, etc - DTV was approved
