mines been rejected a few times, they never specify a reason on the email. I've given up on it as it only takes me 10 minutes to get to IO, and then 5 minutes for the paperwork. Pointless asking IO staff why the ONLINE application was rejected. They just look at you with that sort of 'I haven't got a clue why' look, smile and carryon with what they are doing. 🤣

I know about that but like I said if they insist then ask to see manager. They don't like losing face infront of manager. Losing face, is not a get out clause for everything.

They're just trying it on. If they insist ask to speak to manager

I filed mine myself in Khon Kaen. Makes sure that you have the required copies of details signed by landlord etc.
