ok thanks for enlightening me. Can u let me know the process how can i get Tin number for me its been 3 months here and i will stay for more than 180 days in Thailand. So in my case can i apply TIN now or i need to wait for 180+ days and then only i can process TIN?

but DTV is not considered as resident visa on paper and we can't even open an account. Moreover i believe we don't get Tin number to prove that we are tax resident as Facta details will always ask for Tin number if u r tax resident in any country

i was trolled, bullied and harassed for my posts and racists comments which is against Facebook and Thai cyber laws. I tagged group admin also and informed abt situation but nothing was done and i was told just block the guy and move on. Well i coming from Singapore and Dubai where laws are strict and racism is taken seriously. But these boot lickers cheapsters think they can act cool and hide their identity in groups . Well no wonder thai government need to reform laws for providing visa and do profile filtering. We don't need someone who destroys thai culture and spoil reputation.

i understand i can't change ppl but i thought i will see if ppl have come across this situation and can learn from them. But what i learnt is Thailand has destroyed itself by calling all low class tourists from all over the world and providing them visa to settle for long term
