As I understand it, if submitting in your home country, then that language is ok. But if elsewhere Thai or English only I’m afraid.

which is irrelevant on a 5 year visa. And a strange thing to query if you show them the visa. I’ve never been asked and only ever book one way flights.

I think you are mistaken. When they scan your passport, they have all the details they need including visa application, how many entries, where you have been staying (TM30) right in front of them. And soon with the new system coming for entry registration this will be even easier for an immigration officer.

ok, you keep thinking that. Until we get to the extensions and the year we don’t know.

But the one thing you must remember is that a visa is issued for a purpose, and that purpose once no longer required means that if you don’t meet the conditions of the visa they can refuse.

I’m just saying that it’s a possibility on the soft applications. So don’t be surprised if it happens.

I don’t see it being any issue for work related DTV but I can see it being an issue for the soft applications.

owning property is enough anyway, visa is not needed with ownership.
