why would she have a problem? No passport then yes she is prevented from leaving Thailand. She is an Asean nation person so no issue. However be prepared to say in Laos.

Anonymous participant ok look up a flight or bus in 180 days and put that in. If the ask book an onward travel ticket 180 days after your intended trip to Thailand. You realise you won't get a bank account with the DTV?

To obtain long-term residence in Thailand as the spouse of a Thai national, you must first apply for a 90-day Non-Immigrant O visa from a Thai embassy or consulate outside Thailand, then extend this visa to a 1-year marriage visa at a local immigration office in Thailand. For multiple entries into Thailand during the 1-year period, you will need to apply for a separate Multiple Re-entry Permit at an immigration office in Thailand after your 1-year extension is granted.
