I’m actually at immigration now and it’s so busy.... the reason I posted was to make sure it is worth waiting just to get told a definite yes or no.... I did try asking for some info from staff but was told to wait my queue number!!!

 I should have also stated I am on a 60 day extension on my 30 day exempt will that make a difference??

James Miller I was aware of the non-o I have been on this type of visa if needed since he was born..... is there not another visa I can apply for now or is this my only option??

Im not sure how long my stay will be, it all depends on my work.

The reason I was wanting to enter using the re-entry was so I was at least entering on some kind of visa at least.

Or do you think it wouldn’t be a issue just to enter on the visa exempt option again?...as it shows up on the system I’m visiting my child anyway.
