Therefore, I cannot submit a 90-day or TM30 notification online. I have been to immigration three times already; immigration says it will be sorted out, but no. Immigration acts as if the residence address of foreigners is important, but the TM30 address system is not being maintained properly. Conclusion: nothing can be done about it.

One thing I found out. With a OA retirement visa, health insurance is mandatory. But most insurance companies drop you at a certain age, usually at 70. So you need to switch in time to an O retirement visa without a health insurance requirement. Furthermore, there are plenty of care homes that are affordable. I think you should arrange this and a good visa agent as soon as you feel the first signs that things are not going well.

To prevent further problems, request a yellow house book for your address. This is a time-consuming and expensive process, but it will prevent problems in the future. If you have no plans to move however.
