i understand. Not really doable for a full time worker. Also, it's feels a bit borderline because you are lying...

LTR remote worker visa i see that you have to make at least

$/year, i don't make it...i understand why so many remote workers they just use multi entry tourist visa or education visa (illegaly), because there's no fully legal way to live in Thailand for a remote worker if you earn less than 80K or elite visa...

I think the main problem for young people is that, unlike in other countries, there is no long-term visa for freelancers and online entrepreneurs who are not "high earners" if we exclude the very expensive thai elite visa.

So I saw A LOT of these remote workers using the education visa for YEARS or just using the land/air crossing...maybe some people should just start considering other countries in Southeast Asia, as I feel like Thailand wants immigrants who are "high earners" (more than 60K$/year)...

How can you take seriously a country where pornography and prostitution are illegal, and they have the biggest red-light district in the world😂

When even short-term rental in condos is strictly illegal but then nobody cares

i agree on 50% of what you say: very low spending tourist/residents are not good. But most of them they don't come to Thailand for the bargirls. I see a lot of "hippies" that they just come to enjoy the country, the legal weed, kratom, go with motorbike without helmet, and relax...not good either hahahah
