TLDR : Answer Summary
Users are experiencing difficulties accessing the Thai Embassy website in Jakarta, which appears to be down for several weeks. Despite attempts to access the site through various means (PC, phone, VPN), some users report being unable to find the application requirements. Others confirm that the embassy is moving towards online applications soon.

You can find a lot of posts from Jakarta applicants in the thread. A very, friendly embassy to apply from. They are due to move to online applications around the 22nd,

Yes, according to a recent walk-in applicant. They told me last month via email it as delayed due to tech issues. Check their website for confirmation/updates.

Jakarta is still walk-in. There is no official announcement of the E-visa launch.
