I use wise and WF, I exchange to baht via wise. then to my thai acct. I leave money in my wise acct. I am not worried about losing it. I suppose it could happen but it is only a couple thousand dollars.
it is not if your insurance will cover you, its if the Thai govn recognizes that insurance as qualifying. if not just buy the cheapest policy that meets the requirement
