How long did processing of your application take ? I'm a u.s. citizen too, and have been waiting almost 2 weeks already with my application still saying "processing"
and what was the point of it? Your ignorance obviously bothered you enough to make an initial comment. Instead of just minding your own business. Either give the guy advice, or kick rocks.
so why bother me? I recommended a service, like he asked for. I specified what for. They do more than just Schengen visa, the part I'm sure he'd be interested in is the price and the guarantee. You have no advice, but yet felt the need to still chime in. Go away.
"any advice would be def appreciated"... My advice is to use boss visa, and I said why. I guess some people just have to feel right tho. Where was your advice? Or are you just here to speak to a manager?
I used boss visa for a Schengen visa. 15k up front and 15k IF/WHEN it's approved. Not approved, don't pay anymore than you already did. We were approved within a month and left shortly after
People say it can't be done, are only showing reflections of their own limitations. That said, there are a lot of factors to consider, so it's hard to say. According to the immigration department, they end up issuing about 80% of them, that apply for legitimate reasons. No real rhyme or reason to approvals, apparently. Some have applied 5+ times, always get denied, then all of a sudden they say "approved" and nothing has changed except the issuer. I'm not sure how much difference there is for u.s. and Canadian applications, but this is the information I have for a u.s. applicant.
I've been here the last 5 months, and 9 of the last 12. Last time I flew in was the second time I was told to get a proper visa. But this last time he told me I won't be let in without one and typed something on his computer. Not sure if it was a note attached to my passport number or what. But there have been many people saying they have had the same experience as me, so it feels that the immigration officers are getting ready to tighten the strings. I'll be buying an elite visa, just to avoid any hassles and issues, in August. But until then I'm going to get the online 60 day visas and 30 day extension
I had a bunch of extensions from COVID still, then had two more visa exempt stamps before they started hassling me. I've been here 10 of the last 13 months without an actual visa tho
