If you are traveling to another country even to another state in your own country you gotta know the rules yourself. People have become conditioned to just posting crap. Do your own research. Loot on official sites. It's so basic 60 day in arrival + 30 day extension. That is so on Thai immagration site even you own country Thai consulate. Even google it FFS

I have an appointment on the 19 in Vietiane was thinking the same. These officers are over all the DTV applications and will just deny people because now they will go to e-visa they won't have to deal with walk ins. They are not making anything extra on these DTV visa

It's easy to register but they will probably want a work permit as that's who usually apply for tax id. I think you are jumping the gun a little. Find out first if you require one and definitely don't listen to half of the people here they only guess or offer opinion. Speak to a professional if you want accurate info. Start with your own country accountant first

Passport,customs declaration you get on the plane which you complete and hand over with your passport at immigration you get stamped for 60 days. Never been asked about money in 20 years. Enjoy the land of smiles 😁
