Cars cost the same in Thailand as UK from new but depreciate less. 99% are on long term finance so hold their value far longer. If you are only doing occasional trips then it's far cheaper to rent taxis or drivers as needed.

no you would negotiate for the sale of the structure to the landowner, if no joy then knock it down and leave as empty land.

Yeah there's many VIP buses from Bangkok to Mukdahan, its a very busy route. Probably around a 1000 baht.

I'm in Isaan and my immigration don't care if I move around country or exit and re-enter. They only want to see 90 day report. Check with your local office
