I did 3 30 day exempt border runs in 2023 and had no issue. The only interrogation I copped was when I entered with a 60 day visa in July. You'll be ok so don't fret

You can but for 1 day just pay the 500 baht fine at the airport. Otherwise your paying 1900 baht and wasting a day at immigration.

You need the TM30 for 90 day reporting. I didn't have a new one on my return to Thailand and my property manager said I didn't need one due to returning to the same residence. Pr|k cost me 1600 baht because of this BS advice
