when I enter Thailand I'll have 128 days before I have to return to my home country for my brother's 50th. Since November 22 I've had 2 tr60s, 2 extensions, 2 border runs and a reentry via air so I'm sure I'm going to get hassled if I arrive on a exempt. I want to get in, apply for the initial 90 days asap so that I have ample time to get the 1 year extension and reentry permit before I gotta leave the country. All my money's in a Thai account not an account in Australia
days of your entry stamp. I'm guessing this means some immigration offices are ok 45 days before and others are only 30 days before. I want to get a 60TR to avoid hassles with immigration at the airport but will mean due to my personal time restrictions will have to apply 45 days before the end of this visa for a non-o. Do you know if jomtien is 45 days or 30 days before the expiry of a tr60?
