there are always ways to beat the system. If you in UK try to get a SETV or METV. If you have a past history avoid entry via airport, extend. Than do 2 border run in one year. Take a look at the calendar, we already in September, if you plan ahead you can stay at least 8 -14 month without worry.

legally your flight must leave within 11th. Not your check in.

do a border run to nearest border, more easy than to fly. If you leave 11th and come back on 11th than you get 10th October. If you come back 12th you will get up to 11th October.

In case you apply repeat Non O the THB200k they are asking must be in the bank at the application process.

Vientiane does not issue Non O multiple. Currently Savannakhet and HCMC issue them. Penang n Yangon too, but need to show money.

yes, first time no problem for Non O marriage, they just not want that you keep going every 5 month and apply for Non O and than the 60day extension. But things have calmed down a bit so they might relax on that.

Yesterday the applications, first timers got approved in Vientiane. Repeat or second course I can not confirm. I would observe the one year rule, but better you go to FB page of Royal Thai Embassy Vientiane and send your question, there is a very nice person that replies within hours.
