Has anyone recently gone for a non-O Visa yearly renewal (retirement or marriage) in Bangkok (Chaeng Wattana)?

If so, was an income proof letter (affidavit) from an embassy sufficient?

I saw in other forum posts that some immigration offices are now asking for additional information (Thai bank statements and letter from bank), in addition to the letter from the embassy. So I'm wondering if it's now also the same at Chaeng Wattana. Last July when I did my first yearly extension, the letter from the embassy was sufficient.

How long before you apply for a marriage visa do you need to prove an income of 40,000baht on your thai bank statements?

Does the money have to stay in the account for a period of time or can I use it how I wish?

Can it be transferred to my wife’s account once it has arrived?

I am planning on going to Vientiane around the 2nd/3rd October to get my 2nd ever Non-Ed visa. I got my first Non-Ed visa around the 25th October 2018 from Vientane too. So my questions are...... 1) Will I likely have problems considering I got my last Non-Ed visa just short of 365 days ago.......2) Regarding the bank balance, will a recent copy of my Thai bank book suffice, or do they require signed bank statements from a bank manager etc.....? Thanks :).....PS 3) I thought I read somewhere on here I would need a police check too for getting a Non-Ed in Vientane, but can't find the post. Is that going to be necessary too?

Im in this situation.

I thought this year it doesnt need to be a full year of deposits into thai bank from uk as the declerations have only just stopped.

Im due 5th june , would the 6 mth statements suffice this year ??
