How can I obtain a letter from the Ministry of Education for my DTV visa extension in Thailand?

Basically doing an extension stay on a DTV is almost like obtaining a new DTV (as far as the work for you and the proofs you need to submit). This is why everyone says: just do a little trip somewhere outside of TH and come back, no need to prove anything except show your DTV when you return.

Can I enter Thailand on a different passport than the one my DTV visa is stamped on?

So then if it is simply for banking matters (for ex you have your passport B as ID at the bank), then use passport A with DTV to enter and bring both passports to bank-- passport B will ID you with the bank.
