An awful lot of people cannot afford the 800, 000 K. A British State pension does not cover it. The UK pension is also frozen. I am 76 my pension pays out at the rate I received when I reached 65. This is in Thailand.

I have lived here for 16 yrs or more. Amounts of money are relevant to your personal position. How can you be a 'top contributor' with your stupid take on things? You say that 800,000 Baht is not a ridiculous amount of money ---well then LEND ME THAT AMOUNT or STFU Did you read my post? perhaps you did and you are just a little retarded and couldn't fathom that I live in Thailand Do not reply to this, I dislike idiots.

Thanks for this ---I thought it sounded too good to be true! May I ask another question? I have a 14 year old boy (with a translated Birth cert.) I am estranged from him and his mother. Is there a type of visa that I can use? I do not have the ridiculous amount of 800,000Baht in an account.
