My wife enters for shorter periods on Thai, but it's always a worry that if there is some sort of a Thailand issue things might go south. So my thoughts are to be safe she mostly enters on Aus Passport to eliminate being treated as a Thai Citizen. Just my thoughts 🤔
My worry is what will happen if husband and wife travelling together and one tests positive when time to come back to Australia 🙏 that might be a nightmare, but happy to travel to Thailand no problem 👍 just unsure about the coming back home 🤔
as I said my comment wasn't an answer to the question and was just a thought. Probably should not have commented here, but just had a thought in relation to having to have a marriage certificate to stay in a room as over the years in Thailand I have been asked on 2 occasions in hotels to confirm marital status. Not specific to ASQ. Cheers
I have just read info on Thai Embassy site saying as of now "all" visitors to The Kingdom of Thailand will require a medical certificate no more than 3 days old when entering, health insurance to cover COVID 19 treatment and have a tracking app installed on their smartphone. That's the latest.
